Here at the Teddy Bear Shop we understand that you sometimes change your mind and therefore offer an exchange or refund for up to 28 days after purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage.
Please keep your certificate of posting as proof of purchase.
All goods are checked prior to dispatch and should arrive in perfect condition. If however you have a problem with an item do let us know and we will replace the item or give you a refund.
Please contact us at info@theteddybearshop.co.uk if you would like to arrange a return or cancel an order
and we will supply you with details of our return address.
Please DO NOT return to the Old Station, as we are not there everyday and there may not be anyone there to accept your delivery.
I you are returning more expensive items you may want to use a trackable shipping service.
We are unable to refund items which are damaged, have obvious signs of use or have missing parts.
